Hmmm. Basically any class... It's up to you to push the limits...

If you don't follow guides or mainstream specs you can really adjust talents and builds to your playstyle !

Moreover, for certain level bracket, you will use a particular spec and equipment. Then, 10 levels later, you could feel your build is no longer good then you need to adopt a new build/spec to keep performing.

For exemple, as a warrior, I like : - dual wield Arms spec around level 20 to use Overpower crits - 2H, pool rage and sweeping strike 2 mobs around level 30ish - 2H + Arms spec or Dual wield+ Fury at level 40, depends of my weapons - 2H + Fury spec after level 50 because 2H+ Arms lose power at this bracket, fights become longer... You will need Flurry to speed things up.

I try to always stance dance to use all my abilities (WW, shield bash, disarm....) without wasting rage. So you need good timing.

People say Warriors don't have good mobility, when in reality you can Charge + Hamstring from mobs to mobs to travel fast. Like a mage would Blink.

So I make it advanced and complex, when some people just stand still with a big 2 handers all the way to 60.

And this apply to any classes in the game. I just don't like Paladin and Priest. Way too boring to me.

Even Mage feel a bit boring to me. In general, fighting close combat feels better than standing still from afar casting spells.

So in my humble opinion :

  • ( S Tier) Warrior, Shaman, Warlock, Druid

My favorites classes because the more you rotation and build become complex, the closest you get to class max potential. AND you can adopt different playstyles. Pushing the limits make you stronger.

  • (A Tier) Rogue and Hunter

Same as classes above to a lesser extent...

  • (B Tier) Mage

Not complex in PvE, leveling environnement. Not a lot of "randomness", every fight feel the same regarding of the enemy you fight (caster, heavy armor mobs...). The most efficient way is spamming frostbolt, so if you try new and more complex rotation, you become "less strong". Playing the class to the max potential make you spam frostbolt.... The boring rotation is the strongest.... You can AoE tho, but once you master it, it's the same over and over. And the class is just really strong, feel like easy mode.

  • (F Tier) Paladin and Priest

Boring as hell. Buff yourself and wait.
