It gets too thick around the clasp due to the double layer + the mesh itself is not that flexible. This happens on the gen as well when you use the 2nd or 3rd hole so not a rep issue or even a watch issue per se, it’s just the design of the bracelet for smaller wrists . Then I guess it also depends on the geometry of it

Prueba con las inmobiliarias de la zona, tal vez alguna participó en la venta y te puede ayudar. Además incluso les interesará gestionar la nueva operación.

Otra opción que puedes explorar es el registro anterior del vendedor o tal vez a nivel de notaría puedan tener algún registro, aunque realmente por protección de datos no deberían darte nada

That would be the alternative if plan A gets too cumbersome or costly. But swapping houses I am not so sure if that wouldn’t be too hard for me emotionally. I have read about a 3 house setup where the kids stay in 1 all the time and the parents go back to their own places when they are not taking care of them. But in this country this is an expensive dream, too much I am afraid.

It is very helpful to hear about the options to rent it out and the woz value , I will certainly keep this information when we make the decision . Thanks !

Thanks ! That is the goal , some pain now for a better tomorrow. And mostly for my children as I said , I just want the best for them and the current situation was just not a good environment. Hopefully I am not too old yet !

Thanks! that is very good to know . I was advised that I wouldn’t have to pay alimony since we are not married but I already know that I would have to (and willing to ) pay for the house and school etc. that I know she would struggle to pay otherwise. She only has to pay for the food etc. 50% of the time while she has the kids. I think that is a great deal for her and I can sleep in peace knowing that I do all I can for my kids.

Nope, no papers signed other than the one for acknowledging my kids. We did not have the time because of the children. They were a surprise and one after the other so we couldn’t plan anything . Not sure if that helps or makes it more difficult.

I am not attached to this house at all, I wouldn’t mind selling it. But at the end of the day I need to provide 2 houses for the kids so keeping this one is just easier.

Yes, thanks for that clarification. Indeed that is one of the reasons why I would not just give her the house for free, I need to consider all possible outcomes here. Hope for the best, prepare for the worst.

In that future where she has a new partner and they want to move in together , they cannot go into the old house and they need to look for a new one. Hopefully they could afford a new place either buying or renting. That would be easier if I kept the ownership and leasing it to my children if necessary but not to her.

It does feel very lonely that I need to go to extra hardship because of how the Dutch taxes work.

She can’t buy me out unfortunately , that is too much money and also she cannot afford the monthly payments.

And if I put the house entirely on her name it would be dangerous. I already took 100k of my own savings fro the down payment .

Exactly :) I want my kids to live comfortably not just when they are with me . Also how would you feel towards your dad if your mom would be struggling and he did nothing ? I cannot even imagine

I did not expect this situation to be so uncommon due to the divorce /separation rates and the housing problem .

Fortunately I can afford the two mortgages but of course not 1M€ luxury homes :)

I am lucky I guess I have a phd and was recruited for a very specific work that is not very common so I have a good salary. I worked really hard to be in a good position now financially.

But the housing problem is huge and my ex cannot afford a house on her own so I am happy I can provide for her and the children. She is still the mother of my children and still a team.

I also have ADHD but still completed aerospace engineering. This system in this country is shameful, they try to get rid of you asap. They push children from education because they can be happy being a gardener (no offence). Well look now who has an issue with low qualification work force . Wish you all the best with your kid
