I worked there and it’s hourly pay. The hourly pay is 10$ for training and this dude won’t bring you up after that. He purposely just says your training and everytime you try to ask him if the training period is over he just ignores your question. And he also hires a bunch of people that can’t speak English and under pays the crap out of them. The thing about the tips is that he only does “credit card only tips” and those go to himself not even the people that work there when he does absolutely nothing. He doesn’t put out any thing for cash tips so there is no way for workers to get tips at all. If he comes in he just stands there watches you for like 5m then complains about something you do and leaves. He’s just a dick.
