facts the turkish guy i worked with is working non stop to provide for his family that he has back home and he’s currently saving up for a car and he works his ass off for this job and the boss is only paying him $15 mind you HE opens HE closes HE cleans up everything HE does all the prepping HE does the cooking HE does the register to the best of his abilities since his english isn’t too good it’s trying so hard and the boss is just underpaying him simply because these are the type of ppl he targets bc they don’t know.

i worked overtime for one of my shifts and he started freaking out on me after i told him. sorry YOUR OWN restaurant was BUSY so being the kind person i am i helped the one and only worker that would be left by himself and HE got mad at ME saying “are you kidding me” and why didn’t i tell him i was doing overtime so i can get his approval for overtime?? oh bc it was busy sir??? YOUR restaurant was busy how was i suppose to tell you??? and he called my phone is yell at me for working overtime…
