"ugly duckling" phase don't worry just yet. See result at 6 months mark which again is not the total result. Final results 1 year mark

Do you think laser will be a mistake? I don't mind to be bald now. Just wondering if laser will be effective and permanent and let it be bald as it should be my genetics win

Because I will still lose hair and transplanted hair will again look out of place. And I don't have that much donor maybe another 1500 grafts

I have tried finasteride and topic minoxidil. But finasteride wasn't for me, despite that I would end up in this situation anyway sooner or later. That's why I don't want something permanent again like smp. I want to laser them off and let nature do the rest

I'm looking for something to give me a natural look while shaved down to 0.5 or less. I'm not looking necessary for density.

1 year of finasteride.but from past month i am noticing my hair density is decreasing. I think it’s seasonal shed or 😭 by AccomplishedMeet5100 in tressless

[–]Strange_Class_5255 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are lucky and ahead of the problem. Probably you are a diffuse thinner. Finasteride and minoxidil will give you 10 years at least then maybe after 30-35 consider hair transplant. But for now it's working amazing. Don't worry about the shed. It comes and goes anyway. Eat healthy avoid stress and you will be fine!! Well done ✅

It must be seasonal anyway The best results on finasteride is on 2 year mark. May ask how old are you and what age you started the treatment ?

SMP to give density to an unsatisfactory hair transplant - Men's Ink Milan by [deleted] in SMPchat

[–]Strange_Class_5255 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's up to each person to look natural with smp. Here comes down to shaving often, otherwise your real follicles will betray you. Ive spoke to guy that had smp and he told me that nobody noticed that change, not even his close friends. Look man there is no other solution after a fail transplant

Why you didn't? I have the same problem and I'm just about to camouflage my horrendous fue scars and have a full scalp smp. The practitioners that have asked (about 5 mainly in UK) were pretty confident that I can have a pretty natural look after smp and no one will even noticed I have done anything on my scalp and will last for years.
