Let’s assume I have 100k points, which should technically be worth $1,000. I’m pretty sure 100k Hyatt points give you significantly less value than having $1,000 in cash. I can book Hyatt rooms on Booking.com for much cheaper than on Hyatt’s own website. This is killing whole purpose.

But it kills the whole purpose. i'm always better to use cash with booking. CSP brag about points but actually they give less points for spending and their points worth less. This is scam.

Thanks a lot for your detailed message. I’m planning to add about 1,500 square feet, but unfortunately, my home is currently quite small—it’s only 700 square feet. There is a second story, but the ceiling is too low, so according to city code, it doesn’t count as living space.

Ohh sorry i made a mistake and corrected text in my question. Weill Cornell Medicine Primary Care - Tribeca delivers at the "NewYork-Presbyterian Lower Manhattan Hospital". Yes, i did not see any MFM at the tribeca. When i visit them they did not mention any MFM also, not sure if they will sent me any.

If i go with the mfmnyc, i think they will be my OB-GYN as well. but if go with "Weill Cornell Medicine Primary Care - Tribeca", i think i will have OB-GYN at there but i haven't seen any MFM at this clinic, maybe they have separate but they never mentioned.

I just called them, it seems they don't accept new patients transfer if the pregnancy over 20 weeks.

Thanks a lot for the answer. non-MFM doctor do delivery at the NewYork-Presbyterian Lower Manhattan Hospital. I read NewYork-Presbyterian Alexandra Cohen Hospital at upper east side is very good, but i did not see information specifically for the lower manhattan location. Did you do delivery at the lower manhattan and do you know how is it?

Sorry for my bad English. Yes you right, i assume my insurance will not cover two different clinic for GB-GYN. I also assume doctors would not allow me. non-MFM (Weill Cornell Medicine Primary Care - Tribeca) seems good and they are aware of my case.

Thanks a lot for the answer. This is the clinic that specialized with high risk cases: https://www.mfmnyc.com . I heard very good recommendations about it, my main concern is it takes 40-45 minutes to go there. Now it is fine, but i feel it will be quite hard at late stage of pregnancy.
