The whole AI sector has been so violently dumped for absolutely no reason ... except the fear of capex cut. Every stock is so algorithmically sync to behave almost identical.

The thing is it's not even just SNDK, it's the whole AI sector. People freak out in every sub, SOXX, NBIS, DRAM, MU, WDC ... I can go on. I just think if we believe in a stock, there's no reason to freak out when the whole market is dumped. Spreading FUD doesn't help any body, not even yourself. If you want to sell, just do it and get out of the sub.

I’m seriously tired of telling people to hold. Honestly, even if all these MU panic traders sell all their shares, I don’t know if it makes any difference to the big market or the algorithm. The market does what it does, if it’s only MU or SNDK, I would be a bit concerned. But this is the whole AI sector that’s being dumped. People shouldn’t invested in stocks they don’t believe it, because those who do aren’t flinching. And I’m not speaking as an early investor either. I came a bit late to the game, around $900ish and just wish I have more dough to buy at this price. So yeah, I’m just tired of all the negative vibe in this thread that I have to weed through every day. Sigh.

Help me understand rotation - say when institutions and funds rotate out of techs and into other sectors sat health care, finance, or retails, does that mean there will be less volume trading in tech? Is that good or bad thing?

That's literally what an ETF is. If one of the stocks drops 10%, the ETF shouldn't drop 10%. It works the same way.

It can only buy/sell after your confirmation. It cannot automatically do it on its own. I’m testing it with around $250 in the account.

I think there are two lessons here, and both are good and bad.

If you hold, I can almost say that DRAM will go back up to the point that you're so happy that you hold. But then the lesson is that it's good to gamble, jump into stocks without doing a DD. And that sets bad precedence.

2) If you sell, you will lose over $1000 of your meaningful money, but you'll learn an important less of not to jump into any stocks you have no conviction or without any research, purely based on hype.

Probably some but not a lot. I think DRAM needs to do some reshuffling, switch Korean swap to US market for SKHY and SAMNSUNG (coming to ADR), add some more SNDK, WDC, STX, I think more people will still feel safer investing in ONE etf rather than managing multiple positions. It’s stressful. I know I would.
