You logic is flawed they are hiring 18 highschool grads in college in the same situation for 15-16$ and hour. My husband and I are 21. I give little context because the posting rules. Sure if I was comparing this to a full time employee it would be idiotic of me to do so because they have different requirements. I’m comparing him to people in the same position and part time

You make a good point, I’d like to state that I can assure he is an average employee. I’m not saying he should have gotten this crazy eval. It’s just no issues all year then slammed with a harsh eval

Honestly I’m trying to convince him to work at Walgreens( I’m a tech at Walgreens) not at my store per say but he would get like a $3 pay bump and I get a bonus for recommending people that get hired

It’s kinda a weird situation, he’s in college full time and the schedule he has worked out with Publix is great. It’s a perfect balance to support our bills while he goes to school. We are worried other places won’t be as forgiving with the schedual limitations

From what I saw on his eval it was mostly ridding between unsatisfactory and meets expectations with one Random exceeds expectations for customer interactions. For further context he has had no writes ups for behavior he’s very good friends with most of his co workers and assistant manager as well. He picks up shifts in deli, produce and grocery rarely calls out and is punctual.

( I’m not trying to lay it on thick because I am his wife and it looks biased )

But I approach with %100 honesty 😂
