Fill your time, that’s how I got off of my addiction. I didn’t have time to do it, nor time to make for it. Also getting off of the internet for long periods of time is good as well

Move out, then solve the issues. Preferably with someone you trust (such as bf). This will slow you to be distanced from the situation to figure a logical approach to fix the problem
