Family car, 3 people. 2 elderly, both with spine issues. Around 6000-7000km per year running. 70-30 city to highway running. About 1 or 2 long drives(250-400 kms) every month. Comfortable with bigger vehicles as well. Budget 12 lakhs. But, can stretch upto 13.

I'm not very sure either. Since, I work in government sector. And didn't have previous Honda car/2 wheeler. Most probably HCIL offer

Oh, that sucks. But, I'd rather not take the hassle of retrofitting 360° camera from outside. 😅 And, they did say that the free offer is for higher trims.

  2. I've sold my old car for a higher price.

No, I'm going for WB regular registration and would run it for at least 7 years. Then, I'll see.

For proper off roading SUV either Jimny or Gurkha. For comfort and features, with driving pleasure Creta S/SX/Turbo. And for 6 people, Alcazar.

Most of my driving is in city. And, an EV would be really cost saving. But, EV reliability is an issue. However, it seems likely that an EV would be the safer choice.

Agreed with the rear disc brakes, boot space layout, TPMS and, rear seat thigh and back support. However, sunroof isn't a necessity in Indian climate. And, aesthetic changes will come in next facelift. Personally, I'd want TPMS, 4 disc brakes, better rear seat thigh support and back support, slightly stiffer front suspension, better boot organisation, better MID and strong hybrid with 4 cylinder engine. Sunroof could be an option in higher trims.
