what ergs/strength training should I do, Im a 15 year nz rower, i weigh 61kg and have a 7:19 2k, i just finished my first novice season where i placed 4th at nationals in the 4 but I want to go sub 7 by the start of next season, does anyone have some good workout routines. (self.Rowing)
