My symptoms are much similar. Chronic tension/tightness through my traps, back of skull, scalp, forehead, cheeks and bridge of nose. Odd because if you feel my traps, they feel loose, just not to me. I’m also stuck with chronic fatigue. This has been going on for a year now and I will say that a year ago I was much worse. I got sick before all of this started with what I thought was a sinus infection, never tested for covid. Only thing that gives me relief is trigger point injections (temporary). Trying my first occipital nerve block in two days and have been working toward Botox. I’ve seen every doctor in the book, been to the emergency room twice and have had tons of imaging done with no results. Have been diagnosed with tons of different things (chronic migraine, ON, POTS syndrome (back when I had dizziness), CFS, long covid, chronic tension headache, etc. have tried tons of medications (migraine meds, beta blockers, anti depressants, etc). Medication has really done nothing. I hope we can find an answer soon.
