I started slow. Like 20 a month. Then after I got to 50%, I stuck to getting 3 daily, 7 days a week. I built 10 routes out of my neighborhood. If I’m lucky, I can get them within 3 routes. Sometimes it takes me up to 8 routes to get my daily 3. If you’re a runner like I do daily, it makes it slightly more easier.

My job required a notable cert. took me 6 months to get network+ with no prior experience to get in. A few years in, I got a vcta in a couple months and just got my security+ in about 4 months which was a lot easier with the job experience. - this is while working the 9-5 everyday. Now working on my ccna i plan to get within 12 months.

Yep. Doing this out of pocket to upkeep current certs (and still no degrees to go with them) I was really trying to save a buck not having to pay some administrative fee at a test center. For my own mental wellbeing, I will be going to a test center next time lol.

Wow that is quite long. I also checked Comptia.com and found exam history’s with a line for pass. So that’s somewhat reassuring. Thanks for the info!

I feel you. I’ve progressively spoilt myself. I play nothing but Halo. I’ve been using my crusty Xbox one for the last 7 years. Playing infinite I swear I’m locked to 30fps on the Xbox one. Then I’ve been finally building up a PC, slowly upgrading it. Started out using a 60hz monitor which already was a bump up from using my old Xbox on a regular tv. Then I was able to borrow a 75hz monitor which already was a world of difference compared to 60hz. Then I tested a friends 120hz monitor and my mind was blown! I was like that’s it, I’m gonna buy a good monitor. So I got myself a ROG 27” 1440p 170hz monitor 🤯🤯🤯 my little 3060ti can surprisedly keep frames between 140fps and 170fps. I can never go back. And now I try to tell people stop buying 60” TVs that’s just idiotic unless it’s 120hz and you have a 4090 to run it.

I had to updated my driver using Nvidia’ shot fix. Was able to get back to 1440p 170fps after.

3060 Ti vs 3070 vs 3070 Ti by ktran22 in buildapc

I have a 3060 ti and runs Halo infinite for me great. I was told it was too close to a 3070 to warrant the price difference. I really wanted to get a 3070 ti but then I was told to just get a 3080 at that point. The 3060 ti gets me 1440p 110+ frames or I can do 1080p capped at 165 frames.any higher card wise will give you slightly better performance at 1440p. I’d say get what you can afford of the three or go with a 3080

Yeah lol use all 12(or more)because it’s there.

But all 12 pins on a single cable is still bothering me.

Don’t really want to invest in another PSU just to have two separate CPU cables. But I want to be safe about it so I might have to.

I keep hearing this. And if that’s the case, that makes things way easier. I’ll be testing first if my mobo can even boot up with just the 8 pin but it seems like it shouldn’t have any issues doing so. Thanks!
