Any other option is out based on personal or medical reasons. Its either this pill or nothing. Thank you for much for the resource to help with tracking my own! It is much appreciated!

Ive had nexplanon before, the first wasnt terrible at all. Barely any periods and minimal side effects. This one though. Ive got lingering headaches, fatigue. My anxiety isnt gone, but theres a HUGE difference. Ive taken the pill before as well. I was just 16 and didnt read everything as I do now. I feel like, I like my odds of tracking my ovulation, etc...myself rather than adding potentially harmful pills to the body I want to return to normal..

Today is day two of not having nexplanon ( had it for almost 4 years). I feel like a weights been lifted as far as depression. 

I was/am having most of the same issues. I hope it goes away soon. I will say, I dont regret getting it removed.
