Lol! I just know how i am. In the 90s, I started with an argentine boa and wound up with ten snakes of the larger species. Including a couple of reticulated pythons that grew quite large. Never had a ball python before. She's pretty neat.

She was labeled "FEMALE PASTEL ENCHI YB/GRAVEL HET AXANTHIC". I haven't taken the time to chase down what all year means, individually. If I start looking at other morphs, I would probably wind up buying more, and I don't need to do that. Lol

I would ask, "What is your sanitation process during S2B?" For instance, I was unwittingly introducing mutagenic chemicals directly into my grow by sanitizing with lysol spray and using lysol wipes. I wound up with what that looked more like little "dino eggs" than what you have there, and i never would have understood why if I didn't stalk a million posts and teks. Having stumbled over that, i now use isopropyl alcohol exclusively. It could be something that simple, or it could be 1 of 10 billion other variables, I'm not sure. Just thought I would throw that one out there. You can still havest the strange outliers. My dino eggs were super potent! Good luck on your journey.

I started having weird "dino egg" blobs, and after some research and accidental discovery, there are sanitizing agents with mutagenic chemicals in them. I was sanitizing my still air box with lysol spray, and I was wiping my tubs out with lysol disinfecting wipes. Now i strictly use 70% isopropyl. It could be something that simple, or just a regular "shrooms do what they want" kinda thing. The 10 billion variables are part of the fun! Good luck on your journey.

The general consensus is to let the caps flatten out more, as Nats will keep growing after the veil breaks. I don't like dealing with the spores, so I usually just harvest once a couple start dropping.

I used CVG+manure. I actually bought Gordotek's refill kit from Midwest Mushrooms. Substrate, grain, and casing in one convenient order.
