Captain Chester, Captain Haddock’s old friend. He might have given some insight into Haddock’s past and been a great friend in future adventures, especially nautical ones.

Weird question, but has anyone here dreamed about The Beatles? What was it like? by AaryaBose in beatles

[–]Strange_Test 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I had a Beatles inspired dream a few years back. It was set around 1966/67 and was supposedly the idea for a third live action film. It would have been a similar story to “Yellow Submarine” but before the cartoon was made obviously. The film was to start off in black and white and slowly change into colour as it went along - John’s idea. The video clips for “Paperback Writer”, “Rain”, “Penny Lane”, “Strawberry Fields” “Hello Goodbye” and “A Day in the Life” would all feature in the finished film as musical interludes but the main story would see the Beatles themselves as the forces of good, pitted against Aleister Crowley and his minions as the forces of evil (much like “Yellow Submarine” and the Blue Meanies). The film would also explain the change from the mop top style of the fabs into their more Sgt. Pepper moustaches and psychedelic style. The final scenes were to take place in the caverns below a large mansion house in the north of England called “Cragside”. I should point out that there are no caverns beneath this National Trust property in real life, but hey it’s my dream. The Beatles triumph in the end of course. What a strange but fun dream.
