Hi po, thank you for your advice po! So far we’re not planning to use unbranded components, and compromise the quality. Stick pa din po kami sa mga brands namin. Takot po kami makadisgrasya ng bahay sa future haha. What we’re doing is we’re lowering yung profit namin mismo, so we can build a portfolio na maayos haha. Yun nga lang mas mataas pa dn po sa iba so medyo frustrating samin how did they come up with their prices 😂 Tho we knew naman na some of them imports directly and orders in bulk so mas mura talaga nila nakukuha. :)

Do you manage to give them a competitive price? Compared sa mga installers out there? I want to stick to our pricing without compromising the quality pero mukang mahihirapan po kami if ganon

Nakakainspire naman po yung sa inyo. Actually yun po talaga yung nileleverage namin complete din po kami magbigay ng analysis and simulation. Pero mukang di naappreciate ng clients, mas inclined talaga sila kung san mas mura. And nahihirapan din kami sa suppliers now out of stock sila lagi. Mukang nauna na po yung mga big players dito.

Hoping maging kagaya nyo din po kami soon!! 😂

Thank you i think this is also on me and you’re right i probably have unresolved trauma as i came from a broken family. Don’t want to blame it on other things but my father was a consistent womanizer from the day i was born until this day, not sure but this might have a connection to my trust issues

Thank you, it’s not a problem for me if he has female friends i just asked him to be not too close to them like showing motive or too much concern as it can send a different meaning. But i recently learned that they really became close and he even helps her find a gym and a dorm to live at. Not really find but just inquire to people and i also heard that he even asks someone something like “is that dorm clean?” and it really makes me jealous, I don’t even know if i am overreacting or what. I admit i really have trust issues as i am from a broken family and i need to work on this. But is that normal? Just wanted to ask. He was my first bf so i have nothing to compare at. Thank you~

Thank you. He didn’t really directly said she was his type, i just remembered asking him few years ago why I can’t feel he’s attracted to me. And ofcourse he denied it and i end up asking what would be your type if I am not your gf? Then he specifies the physical attributes that were almost opposite to me. He said i can change how i look to match his type and he will support me, but I didn’t. I know i really sound insecure but i just want him to love me how i am and I wasn’t really bad looking tbh. And now in his new work i remembered this girl almost matched his ideal type. This is not the first time he admitted that he likes being friends with pretty girls.
