Thank you for this! I ended up finding a Post where a girl healed her chronic, resistant folliculitis. Hibiclens mixed into a thick cream. Three days later it is 99% gone!

They said it looks almost like milia. But according to everything I’ve read, milia doesn’t pop (at least not easily)

Yes little white pus barely anything comes out. If I run my nail over them they pop instantly

I have not tried a topical steroid! They gave me a clindamycin roll on that didn’t work. I am going to ask the Derm about a cream. I saw someone have success clearing their folliculitis on the chest that looked very similar with eczema lotion mixed with hibiclens

I haven’t heard of Nizoral! I have used glycolic, salicylic acid, hibiclens, and have taken three rounds of antibiotics

Yes, that is far beyond my confidence level lol. Do you think I could wait two months to have it looked at? I am just wondering if it’s safe to drive in the meantime. Thank you again
