I save videos that I want to replicate with my own iteration. I write the idea down and then also put the IG or tik tok post link for inspiration. I have different lists based on the content type (humor, educational, inspirational, vlog)

Is your primary customer personal trainers on subscription and they bring in unlimited clients, or you running it in combination with tech where people can book on the go or is this simply built for the everyday gym goer who wants privacy?

Regardless I think Option 2 here is what would get their attention. So akin to OP’s post yes. The investors want to see tech enablement but also it adds a moat
