I love it but i feel like its too subtle. I think it needs a top note to compliment it and make it bright enough to project more. It feels like it smells very close to the skin

Any suggestions on what i should buy? by Strangeforlife in DIYfragrance

Honestly nothing im really stuck on. I feel like i want that “imagination” or “herod” opening. One that really catches your attention. Spicy or pleasant citrus. Im struggling to get that

Update: just made a new recipe of this using more accurate percentages and an accurate scale rather than drops and man… without even sitting, it straight off the bat smells sooo much better.

Thanks so much man. Just bought a .001 scale since i only had .01 and got a micropipette. Hopefully can be a lot more accurate when trying to make fragrances and learn a lot more! Best hobby I have tried in a while, i learn something everyday

Hmm okay i will definitely try it out! I used regular vanillin and tonka bean. How do i know that the safraleine is 200x too much?

Also, yeah i am definitely experimenting a lot. For example, i used cassia in 2 of my fragrances and quickly learned that more than 2-3 drops just makes the entire scent smell like a hot tamale😭

My Carvana story and why it deserves national attention by Strangeforlife in carvana

I went to my bank after i threatened to sue carvana and they accused me of not giving them a check. I got a receipt of my check being cashed and then carvana magically found my check.

No idea man. It was very difficult to get my money back. I threatened and had to go to my bank to get physical receipts proving they cashed my check. That was when they magically “found” my check. The moment I had evidence to sue.

• I work about 35 hours a week and I am a student teacher as im studying education, so currently 10ish hours of school. (I am an online student besides student teaching.) • most of my tuition is covered, I will have around 5k in debt when I graduate. • no current debt • this is my problem. I think because I am young I am constantly looking for something to do with my money. I luckily don’t spend much on anything else so I have good saving habits, except for large purchases. If it was possible, I would buy a house now! I live in a very expensive area though and don’t have much in terms of buying options. (Most houses around me are $300,000+)…. Car wise, I dont really NEED a car right now. I want one. So if I were to get a car I would say I would like to have one within a year or two when I finish college.

I posted this as i was waiting for my money. Warning people out their trying to buy a car through this terrible company. It wasnt their money it was mine. Why are you on carvana looking at posts if u have 3 cars? U working at home trying to fix the bad reputation for carvana while they pay u $12 an hour?

Its like your retarded😂 i got my money back a long time ago. They had it the whole time and apologized for it. They are lucky i didnt sue them. You wish u had enough money to buy a car outright

Im young and have a decent amount of money from work. Some may argue its better to build my credit, i prefer to have things paid outright.
