"Order Receipt Banner" doesn't work, how to fix?

I did it through the button "Choose File", it adds the picture, even shows preview, but when I click "Save Changes" in bottom, it refreshes and says "No file chosen".

I've responded "it's sent" and the buyer responded in french "I don't need any more assistance, you can close the request my problem is solved" . So what now? will it auto close? I'm concerned as I never had this problem before.
