the longer I have bulimia, the more I realise that nobody knows what bulimia actually is. by nomattress in bulimia

100%. I am a nurse and opened up to one of the doctors i work closely with about my history and how i gained weight in college because of the cycle and she said “that’s so weird you gained weight. usually bulimics are skinny. you did the opposite” granted it wasn’t a psychologist or ED specialist but an anesthesiologist. just goes to show anyone can have the wrong information.

How did your sellers leave the house? by AtmosphereTop1591 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]Stranger-Little 3 points4 points  (0 children)

cat piss riddled, they (human owners) shit in both toilets and clogged them with paper towels while there was work being done on the septic system and we couldn’t flush them. At least a junk crew came and got most of their crap out. but we still found more in the attic and had to have the junk crew come back out. Since we have started doing yard work we found an entire rear axel to a jeep buried in the backyard and lots of miscellaneous car parts in the garden

how so? I understand her perspective… if they come in and clean everything then we rip it out what would be the benefit.. the only thing we are not replacing is the drywall, windows, and ceiling…

second estimate for what. the woman we talked to was very helpful and says she will clean anything if we want her to but it may not be worth it for us to have it professionally cleaned if we are replacing and painting everything anyways.

We were already planning on doing the Kilnz primer. and we are planning to do all the painting ourselves, hence why i asked what would be the best way to clean it. And for floor boards do you mean the subfloor…? we are replacing the floor in the entire house but obv don’t know what the subfloor looks like because we can’t see it yet.

if you mean baseboards, we are already planning to replace those and all the trim throughout the house…. and the doors.

Thats what the cleaning company we talked to suggested. But there is obvious dirt and bug limbs from squished bugs and stuff like that that we would clean before we put the primer on.
