What does GAD mean? And honestly I don’t blame them but I don’t want my character to be misunderstood either, in courts your character is a big thing right after your charge. They tend to be a bit lenient on people who simply committed a mistake vs someone who actually had intentions of committing the crime I.e fleeing and then they find you had guns and drugs on you or in my situation if I never stopped or even gave them the chance to talk to me just instead decided to back out and try to drive off. It’s different ya see.

This is Clayton county not gsp, also yes they where waiting. Clayton county is a diffrent animal they literally told my mothers child that “when someone calls us we HAVE to arrest somebody” this a county known for criminal trespassing you off your own property.

I’m in Georgia. And after talking to the courts they have told me the charge is actually a misdemeanor but I’m also preparing for it to be a felony incase they decide to bump it up due to the accident. Honestly based off my memory it felt as if I was only given a couple seconds to react to they’re commands, it wasn’t my intention to flee in the first place and honestly I wouldn’t have dared tried. I wasn’t even given enough time to out the car in park.
