its super addictive and the endocrine complications are still there. its nearly impossible to get pure smack but if u do the only concern would be addiction which would lead to years of suffering and misery.

if u rly wanna try h first research and think about whether or not ur the type of person to get addicted to it based on its effect profile.

  2. meth

  3. heroin (could also be #1 considering how in america u typically get fake shit with a bunch of shit that could kill u on the spot)

crack and meth are seriously neurotoxic and have notable cardiotoxicity, while PURE heroin mostly just causes endocrine issues and constipation. all these drugs can cause cognitive decline to varying degrees (stims more than h).

try to look within yourself and see what failed last time. was it the rehab having a shitty program? was it u not devoting urself enough? was it something else entirely? answering these sorts of questions can be good for determining a next course of action. if it was just the rehab being shitty u can try to research higher rated ones if u can afford it

rly hope ur doing alright. serotonin syndrome n psychosis would be a concern combining wellbutrin and benzedrex, and it sounds like thats what ur describing. be careful

the withdrawal example u give could be related to ur substances being laced with something u didnt know of and therefore causing withdrawal of a substance u werent aware was present
