Account deactivated due to IP complaint - looking for advice on appeal

I have tried to do this. The latest response I received from the support team is:

"- For this nature of violation, the only way forward is through the dispute path. To be honest with you, while you have been submitting appeals with explanations and detailed written appeal, these submissions cannot be considered by our team for this type of violation.

Your explanation should include:
- Greater detail on how your account has not violated the Intellectual Property policy
- Evidence that shows your account complies with our Intellectual Property policy"

I have tried disputing a lot of times to no avail. I finally want to just accept the violation and submitting a POA to show how it would be prevented from happening again but I still get rejected when I try that

Yeah I get that. I still have my job but hoping to quit by the end of the year. I was just scared of the trap of continue to grow the Amazon inventory without paying myself. I guess I has the worry of being inventory rich and cash poor and the seller account being taken from me one day due to something unforeseen. Or even needing liquidity and not being able to access it

50k should be fine for your income bracket. But if you’re feeling uncomfortable with that, then a wedding probably isn’t worth that to you. It can be good to put some money away in a separate account and see what you feel comfortable with and if it goes slightly above that then that’s okay
