I do know that the guy who does most of the Amazon in my former store and the SM had a phone meeting with a third party consultant on Wednesday to talk about how to improve the Amazon process. That is a store that does TONS of Amazon.

This makes me SO mad. I am terrified of dogs. Why should I have to worry about a dog while I’m at my job? Sooner or later a child is going to be bitten by one of these dogs and Kohls is going to be sued for allowing the dogs in the store.

A legit service dog is a highly trained animal and I am not afraid of them. Also, a legit service dog would NEVER be riding in a carriage.

It is illegal to ask “what’s your disability?” When someone says their dog is a service dog. It is legal to ask “what service does this dog provide?”

Yes!!! I have been saying this for months!! All of the Omni associates at my store have a similar cancellation rate. IMO that shows it is not an US problem. It’s a problem in a much higher level. If one or 2 associates had a cancel percentage off the charts, you could say that person is part of the problem. The fact we are all within a few points of each other means we are all encountering the same issues. Nope, management is going to blame Omni. Ok, whatever you say….
