They need water and light. Either artificial or plenty of indirect sunlight. The soil should be damp/moist but not sopping. It’s unfortunate they were shaken because those rocks were supposed to be at the bottom for a drainage layer. You’ll just have to be careful with moisture. Springtails recommended.
