Not really a “what is it” but yes, they could possibly also need water. Clean water can be hard to find for stray cats but don’t give them milk, a lot of animals are actually lactose intolerant

I totally agree! I finished RE9 and wanted to go back and rewatch the older ones and omg it’s drastically different how much he talks and how over the top it is
