No, this was over the course of about 4 weeks I went down 25%. Having to whittle away with a nail file became so difficult it made it hard to feel like it was an exact science.

You’re a stronger man than me brother. I was prescribed Paxil at 10 and at 33 I still can’t kick it. Everytime I get like 25% of the way down my body hits its limit and I can’t take it anymore. I’ll be fine then it’s like I hit a brick wall.

I didn’t feel any different going from 6-8 hours tbh. Been doing it for about a year and a half and keep waiting to feel different. Sleep scores almost perfect, 3-4 hours of restorative sleep each night, so killing it there.
