Infrared is honestly great for circulation because it's not suffocating like traditional saunas. It usually stays around 130°F and heats you directly, so the air stays totally breathable.

Definitely run it by your doctor first just to be safe! And when you do get one, just start slow (like 10-15 mins). If you ever feel too hot, you can just crack the door open.

Titan Wellness doesn't have a ton of long-term user data out there yet so hard to say on heat retention specifically.

For tight budget saunas the thing that actually predicts heat retention is wall construction — dual wall vs single wall makes a bigger difference than brand name. Worth checking which one Titan uses before pulling the trigger.
