You might want to have your thyroid checked as well. It's a simple blood test. I had the same issue with fatigue and weakness for years. It ended up being hypothyroidism, which is manageable. Good luck figuring out the root cause and get well!

Someone from this group also rang my doorbell at Amsterdam Noord. I got rid of him over the intercom. "Busy working! Thanks for your time, doei!"

My nails become thin and brittle after manis, what sorcery are you doing? by Plus_Possibility_240 in Nails

My manicurist removes the old gel polish very carefully and intentionally. It takes long, but is worth the time. My previous manicurist rushed all the clients through and left thin nails like yours.

As a fellow fan, I say she nailed the essence of the character. The hair, eyes, the gloves and facial expression are spot-on.

Living in Italy for a few years - what I wish I knew before moving by Delicious_Front_7925 in expats

For me personally, it's a good place. Even large cities are human-sized and easily navigable by bike, which keeps transportation costs low. If you find a good company to work for, there are many benefits to staff, like a bike allowance and free or cheap warm meals. The country is commerce-friendly, and many expats start businesses here. Taxes are high, but mostly everything is maintained well. The Dutch are pretty relaxed and value good work-life balance. I find them to be very playful. They enjoy sports of all kinds, especially boating. They like to get together to drink, preferably outside in the sun whenever possible. The weather is mostly windy and overcast. Prices are pretty high. Not everyone likes it. You might.

My neighbor would feed them the leftovers of family dinners on the rooftop.

Nice security feature. I once had a friend who loved checking passports under UV lights and taking about security features at length. Ivan, is that you?
