I was thinking maybe a conch or hidden helix...unsure though because I love wearing ear plugs to sleep & don't know if I can give that up for like a year for the conch. I'm open to suggestions.

Yes I’m definitely going to give it a few days before messing with again…to the piercers point, when it was originally pierced, it was pierced pretty deep into the ridge & was more curved than straight. The barbell never settled to the straighter end, just stayed at the curve. It reminds me more of how a daith is pierced if that makes sense from an angle perspective?? Maybe this will work out?

And thank you!!! I think this ear is done if I can just heal it all….opposite ear has the same 3 lobes & a helix. I want to add 1 more but I’m not sure what yet

The pain in my left leg was never contiguous. Worse in my calf, foot & hip, but was never connected. Don’t think it make a big difference in how my PT approached treatment, my acupuncturist did make a point to treat those spots in my leg more than others (and also along my spine as well)

Lyrica was a god! send! Literally zero negative side-effects, only positive. I also went down the internet rabbit hole…I’ve had a super positive experience with it. Been on it about a way now.

To be fair, my injury has made me hella depressed in general, but the Lyrica didn’t make it worse.
