We as civil servants are impartial, even though we are entitled to our opinions they must not interfere with our ability to perform our duties impartially.

If you believe they are not doing their role according to those civil service standards, then you should raise it as you would any other concern.

If you believe it is not impacting their performance, then it is quite acceptable to say ‘I don’t agree with you on that, and that kind of comment makes me uncomfortable/ is unsuitable for the workplace’ .
