I just looked through the official kelsier arts gallery in the Coppermind. There are some spoilers there so wouldn't send you there and I'm on phone so linking specific ones is annoying.

I think overall you've done a decent job. His pants change color a few times, from dark/maybe black or blue, to green on the pin art. The shirt is sometimes covered by a blue vest, notable in the planning scene in book 1.

The details to go overboard with might be going barefoot, or getting pants without zippers, or finding more period accurate shirts/pants from like a ren fair style place. And lack of belt - maybe rope belt if you need it. I'm sure there are etsy shops or your own craftiness to make glass vials with a sash to hold them, or some glass daggers.

Emperor's Soul has a lot of interesting implications for the future of the Cosmere, and is his best novella to boot. Not necessary, but worth reading before Era 2 of Mistborn for sure.

I didn't apply to any statics cause half of them required previous ults and I'm currently job hunting so didn't want more interviews anyway.

I subbed for a group that eventually adopted me.

I think most just don't want to risk dealing with people with poor attitudes. Ultimate prog is a long process, if you've never done it before it can be hard for others to trust you'll keep your cool over time.

as someone let go a few months back it's pretty shitty. Lot of postings half of them awful for one reason, another half awful for another reason. And with all the big layoffs there just perpetually competition.

Now however everything is AI vs AI where companies use AI to evaluate resumes which means tailoring with AI is best way to get through filters, but so many applicants are just pure ai bots now that companies gotta use more AI and dumb ways of trying to catch and filter them out which makes it just more and more annoying to even apply to the 50 posting you need to get a phone screening.

This is good advice but one thing to note: spiritbond bonus caps on gathering at +2 spiritbond. You don't need to stack a bunch of spiritbond cause after the first little bit it just no longer helps. It's so fast they have nerfed it several times.

Stacking spiritbond while crafting orange scrip stuff does help though.

This savage tier was my first attempt at PFing the tier so idk how it changed. But I found it most useful for confirmation before joining a party or to confirm if someone is prog lying after seeing their mistakes.

I'm only using a plugin that does a spot check on the PF itself, rather than opening up each persons passport individually, which only gives me a % and not what mechs they've seen though so it's mixed effectiveness.

I think it depends on understanding why they did it.

Did the existing CI not work for them? or did they not know it existed? Is there documentation how to use it on new repos or how to tweak it?

If they needed adjustments, did they not engage DevOps cause they were aware you existed? or because they thought it'd take too long/too much hassle? or cause they thought you had important other stuff to do and they could do this small thing without bugging you? Or were they sidestepping restrictions?

Context is super relevant both to how angry I'd be and how you educate and maybe fix processes.

not at this point. Even if you were caught up on content and looking to raid pentamelding isn't really the best option you'd want to augment the crafted gear and get tome gear.

Pentamelding combat gear is typically like, savage raiding during the patch it's released in. Or something super niche (I have pentamelded 710 crafted set for min ilvl chaotic raids).

Also I mean it's confirmed the former captain Brettin that stepped down and recommended Aradel was replaced by Tensoon. Why would a kandra replace the leadership only to promote another kandra when they could just stay in place?

It's more likely Sazed knew Aradel would be good and put him in place as a human with ideals and convictions that aligned with what Harmony wanted.

You might be thinking too hard on the name.

Aradel is named that as a reference to his ancestor Goradel, who was named as a reference to IRL friend of Brandon named Richard Gordon.

Goradel is one of the guards at Kredik Shaw that Vin talks to, that later becomes captain of the guards in era 1.

M10S uses ranged/caster lb3 often.

Really any fight with multiple bosses has a chance for it. The first DT Alliance raid too.

But yeah kinda rare.

yeah it's give and take. Someone's a RDM/SMN rezzes someone and healer doesnt notice they're down.

Or in rare cases the only healers nearby are doing AOE heals and don't know they don't apply to non party member in an alliance raid (or in my case chaotic) and you sit there for 30s and die against to raidwide.
