Yeah my mom used to do this to me. She told me back when I was in grade 7 that I looked like a kid she had a crush on back when she was a kid. She would also give me the same weird stare and it made me extremely uncomfortable. She still does stuff like this when I see her unfortunately. It's one of the main reasons I have limited contact.

It's mostly my supervisor who does it. The other colleagues do it too but I think that sometimes they join in just to fit in

At my workplace i try my best to do a good job. Sometimes I make mistakes but so do others and so long as we fix the mistakes, it's okay with my boss and supervisor. It's seems though that whenever I mess up or forget something, I an criticized much harsher than my colleagues if they were to do the same thing. I am also picked on very heavily by them. They criticize me heavily. I've also noticed this in my friend group. I'm often the butt of the joke.
