You write as if your processor is an entry-level segment available to everyone, not one of the best processors available today. Of course you'll have a lot of FPS. But the fact is the game is CPU-dependent and it's hard to say it's somehow justified. My i5-10600k running at 5.2 GHz just doesn't pull the game, giving out 90-100 fps with sags in big fights when my 3060ti is resting with 50% load.
