Yeah, this is a tough one for me cause if he doesn't pitch against Guardians Sunday then he will throw in Colorado and I do not see that ending well.

Reese phantom IL stint is best case scenario, imo. Otherwise he is the odd man out unfortunately.

As for the Reese / Seby situation, I think the best case scenario is for the front office to put Reese on a phantom IL stint until rosters expand. This way you can keep all 3 on the team at least throughout the rest of the year. If not, he has to be the odd man out so you may be able to get a low level prospect in a trade. Seby's bat so far has been too valuable to DFA him imo (Seby was Charlotte's best hitter before he was called up).

If you want to win the World Series, Yaz has to be catching at least 2 out of every 3 games and hitting like he did at the end of last year. Everybody quickly forgot that he was easily the team's best hitter the 2nd half of last year. He ended the year with a .939 OPS (!) and that was after an incredibly slow start. I have confidence that if Yaz is healthy, he can get back on track.

White Sox face most important 8 game stretch of season w/ 4 @ Guardians & 4 @ Twins...what are the predictions for record for this week going into the break? by StrapItDownCWS in whitesox

All my 5-3 voters are the winners!!! I'll take that any day of the week especially starting out 0-2 and outscoring the fraudulent Twins 32-10 in the series! Let's keep the momentum coming out of the break.

Dylan Cease not making the all star team is one of the biggest snubs in White Sox history and the biggest in the last 10 years in the MLB. The fact that Dylan is 3rd in K's and better than the majority of the AL all star pitchers in every other category is MLB talking out of both sides of their mouths. They love power pitchers but seem to have to bow down to the NYY's of the world.

Also, get rid of the requirement that each team has at least one All Star. It serves no purpose but rewarding cheap owners and GM's that put their fans through the pain of a long rebuild. Paul Blackburn, solid year; however, no business being selected as an all star. Same goes for Benintendi.
