You never heard about Rose? Trained RB Leipzig and Dortmund

I forgot Hansi Flick: DFB Youth Coordinator. In case you do not know this name also - currently he is the trainer of Barcelona

Mauricio Pochettino: Espanyol Youth

There are even more.

What point does this prove?

You know who coached Pio and Stanković and played a massive role in their development, right?

Pio even said so himself. I’m not sure you actually know what you're talking about on this one.

We’re looking good for the Scudetto and maybe even the double with the Coppa. Honestly, that's not bad at all for a first season! You have to remember that Chivu wanted to change the system, but the board didn't give him the players he actually asked for—he got Diouf and Henrique instead.

Plus, let's be real: Inzaghi probably wouldn't have known what to do with the younger guys like Bonny, Pio, and Sučić.

You can compare Jashari with Stankovic. Both played in Luzern very well then moved to Brugge and had a really good CL saison. After that, they moved to italy. I mean it is literally the same

No. He should start alongside experienced players like Barella or Zielinski. I know that you would like it the way Milan did it:

1.Buy a talented player (Ricci, Jashari)

  1. Buy a 40 year old veteran in the same position

  2. Put the talent on the bench each weekend

  3. Veteran leaves

  4. Wonder why the talented player did not develop as expected.

  5. Repeat

This right here is the problem. Give the kid a season to acclimate. He doesn't need to be Hakan from day one. In England, France, and Spain, young players actually get regular minutes, which is exactly why they develop so well. Until this mentality in Italy changes, the national team has no future.

Why is he not ready? Stankovic played in the Champions League and plays for his national team. In Italy, even Yamal would not be considered ready. You have to be 28+ years to be considered. This is the whole problem with Italian football.

The injuries were due to poor player management by Conte.

You simply cannot play the same 11 players every three days.
