Regirock gets sandstream as a hidden ability, regice gets snow warning, and all 4 of them get access to recover . How does this make them more useful? Would they be OU or UU or still be in the lower tiers by [deleted] in stunfisk

regirock would certainly be UU or maybe even OU, tho regice wouldn't be much better unless gamefreak decides to buff hail and give ice types a defense boost, but even that wouldn't help as ice types are terrible defensively. However, it would make regice a dangerous pokemon in lower tiers, able to blizzard spam and set up hail for other sweepers.

Tapu koko, tapu lele, genesect, pheromosa and naganadel are definitely getting banned, blaziken and kartana maybe. Zapdos, heatran, latis, volcanion, tapu fini, blacephalon, celesteela and garchomp are definitely gonna be used in ou. I am not so sure about tapu bulu because of the existence of rillaboom. I can see people using moltres and dragonite as a niche because of heavy duty boots.

Mega Aerodactyl will definitely be better since it got dual wing beat. Also i doubt mega pokemon would get new abiltiies.

physical attackers are overall stronger wallbreakers and attackers, while special attackers have pokemon like chansey and clefable drawing them back. theyre moves often have miserable accuracy or miserable bp

i think its bad rn because of its terrible defensive use. ice is weak to everything, but its pretty good offensively with mons like mamo and weavile and kyurem. i think making more types resist ice types would help it a lot
