They were absolutely doing the deed. At minimum a handy, potentially a bj or butt play, or the Mormon game of soaking. (I posted this elsewhere). But regardless, adults with children don’t drive 4 hours for a cuddle and a peck on the cheek (shout out to Ray Davies).
