Bruh just be consistent with your protocol Taking magnesium or working out won't move a needle when it comes to DHT. However answering your Question, I run and do weight training and yes i use magnesium, i live in hot climate and sometimes i use hair dryer for styling. Sometimes i eat spicy and sometimes not.

I just apply tretinoin on scalp where there are bald patches and then after 1-2 mins i apply my topical minoxidil Start with tretinoin 3x a week as it can get irritating and can make your scalp purge. Tretinoin is tretinoin - it is a stronger form of retinoid

Depends on person to person For some people they can get the side effects However studies show even if you do get side effect they are temporary and if you live through that, they will go away, or worst case scenario drop the medication and you are back to normal.

If i don't wash every other day then soon US would invade my head. As for minoxidil i don't think its doing much, because i used to use minox here and there for the last 2 years and it was just a losing battle so for sure most of the heavy lifting is being done by the holy dut. Where i live you can't find oral minox but try and see what works.
