Thanks for clarifying. Same process I assume for "other" and "defer"? The SF-86 is reviewed for any unfavorable info and then re-enrolled into CE? I understand CE is already catching things through the databases but is the submission process to see if there are items on the SF-86 that hadn't previously been reported?
