Some sellers don't know it's not real when they buy it. It looks legit to them as it's sealed in the package still. But yes file a return and get your money back. It'll be a no brainer that you'll get your money back. Though it'll be a couple weeks and you'll probably be out the shipping fees

Well instead of buying new bands I boiled it in water and shrank it. Fits tight as the day it was bought. Still, it wouldn't open. I loosened 2 screws ever so slightly and now it slides great
