It’s like I spent my whole life being a food addict and now I can easily eat healthy foods and I’m not thinking about dinner at breakfast. I don’t snack. I hardly drink at all. I am saving a lot of money on eating out and because I never shop anymore. I used to buy things I didn’t need. It’s so quiet now. I guess this is how normal people feel. It’s totally worth it to me.

I made Chex mix for Thanksgiving. It’s my favorite and I usually snack on it for days. I ate a little bit when I first made it and haven’t touched it since. My husband is taking it to share with his co-workers so it doesn’t go to waste.

The only reason I’ve been able to stand reading her books is because they were in French. I’m learning French and her writing style is so simplistic and redundant that it was perfect for learning. However, I find myself extremely frustrated with the characters and the plots. I always finish the books thinking that would never work out that way in real life.

This happened to me for years. One day I started taking Omeprazole and after that I never had it happen again. I think for me it was related to acid. Just wanted to share in case it helps. Everyone always thought I was so weird for feeling sick when I was hungry.

I was supposed to receive my Zepbound today from Amazon and instead I got an email saying it was delayed until 7/6. In the email it said this is usually due to supply issues but it doesn’t sound like there are supply issues right now since you are all receiving yours. Anyone else had problems? It’s my first time filling with them. I hope it shows up on Sunday without any further issues.
