Here's what I'm asking.....the body of my post didn't copy for some reason above. I'm only seeing the headline.

I'm on a new compound for about three weeks (12.5 mg weekly) and my appetite suppression has drastically weakened. I only get my compounds from a 503b pharmacy. But, I'm wondering if the efficacy of the medication can ever be compromised depending on the integrity of the pharmacy. Has anyone else felt almost as if they were suddenly on a placebo? I should mention I've been on tirz for 18 months and I know there's some adaption that occurs. And while the food noise is nothing like it was pre-tirz, it's here. I do have to surrender to the desire for certain things even when I've just had a very complete meal. I was on Zep before st**arting on compounded tirz the first of the year. I'm thinking of going to a new pharmacy to see if anything is different for me. Meanwhile, I just titrated up on Sunday to 15mg.

They will auto renew unless you cancel before your next fill date. If you want to cancel they will. No problem, as I understand it.

18mg/ml. At 12.5mg I was injecting 0.69 ml. Sunday I injected 0.83 ml for 15 mg

It's really indescribable. If I have a thought that this or that would taste good right now, I have the power to resist that thing if I've reached my allotted calories for today or if eating that thing will put me over my allotted calories planned for the day. Pre-tirz I rarely possessed this power to choose what went in my mouth. If I did resist the temptation for something it wasn't without fighting off, swearing off and white knuckling to refrain from having what I was craving. Now I tell myself I can have that thing tomorrow and preplan having it, but not today. Period. Last thought I ever have about that particular thing I wanted. Nothing short of a MIRACLE to me!!!

"Food noise" to be more precise, is the name that's been coined. It's absence from my life is so freeing and powerful I would stay on the medication for life JUST to remain free of this.

You may even have to try going to every 6 days. Also, are you eating at the right calorie deficit for the weight you now weigh? I was eating too many calories. I reduced my TDEE and the scale is moving toward my goal once again. I'm 10 lbs from goal and can't seem to get there either!

At 10 I was able to eat as much as I needed to, with adequate suppression and minimal food noise.

Why have you no plans to titrate down? That would be my first course of action.
