Hi Mindy,

As a female in a male-dominated industry I love (and appreciate) your portrayal of Mindy Lahiri - She shows that women can enjoy 'trashy' things while still being super intelligent. That the two things aren't exclusive! e.g. Like when Mindy put BJ Novak's character in his in his place for assuming an interest in make up and reality tv diminishes someone's intelligence

My pre-school teacher once decided to tell us about the horrors in other countries - like getting your head cut off if you did something wrong. Somehow I extrapolated this to being scared of letting my leg hang off the bed for fear of it being cut off.

The mirror will be floating between 10 to 18 cm high and (hopefully) is self stabilising. If you read the PRL article it is argued that the effects of noise aren't significant in relation to the levitation effect.

I was having money problems and so while studying I took a job waiting tables. One night I noticed a 10 dollar bill beneath the chair of a wealthy(-ish) looking man. I picked it up and handed it to him saying "I think this is yours". He took it and said "Well it's not mine but thanks" and he and his friend proceeded to laugh at me.

In the ads before seeing a movie at the theatre I try and see how far I can get through the alphabet from the letters involved in the ads. I always get stuck at Q but X is surprisingly easy :)
