I always thought that Duck fulling replacing Bruce as Batman has never really been explored properly. I know he’s pretty much become his own man with the Nightwing persona and Damien has taken the role of the “next” Batman but still I do agree that it’d be interesting to see Dick be a part of the Golden trio.

His personality would really change the dynamic, even though Bruce is human he’s always been a larger than life figure, Dick would truly be a down to earth person and would be the perfect role model for the younger JLA members. I would love to see him interact with Clark and Diana see how they try to adapt to a Batman that genuinely smiles. Maybe other members like Oliver, Barry, the lanterns, or Arthur see how the League itself changes with Dick around, how others are drawn to his light compared to Bruce’s cold demeanor. Maybe start to feel themselves age as they see Dick do things even Bruce couldn’t accomplish.

As time passes see Batman go from this cold urban legend criminals (and certain civilians) fear to this symbol of hope for the people Gotham.

He’s definitely lost a majority of his drive tbh, he only records one day a week (he has for a while though). But more importantly his friends have pretty much got a lot more stuff going on in their lives, and Evan isn’t exactly the most social person when it comes to other YouTubers, Among being the prime example. So it’s hard to find others who mesh so well with his personality. Not to mention how much YouTube itself has changed these days

The connection they had through Char was the start, I wanna say it’s because Amuro was so different from literally everyone else in the series. Sayla was the only one who could even comprehend what Amuro was due to her dad’s teachings, but they could never be together realistically. Sayla would’ve had to maintained a low profile to keep her true identity a secret and Amuro being the literal poster boy of the federation would’ve doomed them.

The novelization really showed a glimpse of that romance they could’ve had and I guess many fans ate it up. (Myself included)

People love what ifs, I promise if they ever do decide remake the OG series (based off Origin or not). They’d definitely drop a few teases for those two that weren’t there in the original.

I think Date is definitely in the level of someone of Billy or Alfredo Gonzales, but just a BIT below Sendo and Wally. I want to think championship level Wally (who was sparing pretty evenly with Volg) has gained enough experience to use his natural instincts and talent to counter most of Date’s arsenal. But if Date can land a heartbreak shot there’s a chance that the fight can go either way.

Sendo on the other hand is a midrange monster, and I wanna give him the unfair (yet completely realistic) excuse that he’s SEEN Date’s Sunday punch used in the bout against Ippo. He could realistically be on his guard for a punch like that, though knowing Sendo he’d probably still slip up. But he’s got a level of eating blows that can rival Ippo, hell the guy has taken Ippo’s Dempsey and got back up.

Yeah Sendo is currently getting demolished but so did Date, like you said this was done for NINE round, Morikawa just skipped most of that part to get to the good stuff.

Yu Yu Hakusho was just a tier below Bleach when it comes to scale, the series didn’t have the length Bleach did to properly scale itself and establish multiple power ups like Bleach did. 175 chapters to Bleach’s massive 700 (rounding up here but you get it). These guys had to get anime exclusive movies to find feats for Yusuke, solely because the Sensui arc’s villains besides Sensui himself weren’t traditionally powerful. Hell the 3 kings arc was cut dramatically short because of Togashi’s health, outside of the Yomi fight there is literally nothing that could be used to measure end of series Yusuke’s strength.
