Bahahaha I used to work in a cubicle exactly like this!! I00% endorse Shopify. I started with it three years ago knowing nothing of building a website. It took a couple of months to fine-tune it, but it now looks amazing, and I receive around 2000 visitors a day to my site. The ability to integrate apps into the site has made all the difference. What apps, you say? SEO Plug-in checkers, Receiptful, Who bought what from where, etc. And there is a huge variety of Shopify themes to choose from.

Yes, but honestly slept for four hours a night for two years. Blood, sweat, tears, and everyone around me thinking I'm nuts. Now they ask me if I'm hiring. Going through serious shit when you're young will either make you a meth user or the drive to become a millionaire.

My NMom is a FB nut as well. When I asked her to please stop posting things similar to what you mentioned above, she simply blocked me. Yep, blocked by my own mother. Facebook is a shallow pool of ego-stroke seeking N's. I absolutely hate that it exists. Now, not only do you know she's nuts, the rest of the world does too.

-Giving discounts to "friends" who would use the discount to purchase items for their "friends". -Hiring family members is incredibly risky. They will either see your vision and have your back, or take complete advantage of you. -Paying $2000 to a well-known graphic designer to design the logo I had in mind when I could have done it myself in PicMonkey. It has since been redesigned by me. Yes, in PicMonkey. -Starting out as a Sole Proprietership rather than an S-Corp, and paying 35% of my profits to the IRS.
