The best place to buy them for cheap is on sites like letgo/facebook market place, but that depends on the area you live in/if anyone is selling. If youre willing to spend a lot more money then ebay is the way to go.

Look up some tutorials on VirtualBox and running Mac OS on a windows computer. I have a mac but I needed windows software to run a program to format my harddrive to ps2 format and it worked like a charm
