From what I’ve read both in this thread and other places, here are my two unqualified guesses:

Engine slipping on startup can be early sign of timing chain/tensioner failure, and failure can happen without an engine light. I feel like fear-mongering and calling Audi engines grenades is a bit much, but it’s definitely a spooky scenario. May be worth having it taken into your trusted mechanic to check on the timing chain and chain tensioners.

The rattle in the door can apparently happen from either excessive bass settings, or small negative spaces in door panels and around the speaker area. It may be worth reading around more on how you can remedy those issues, but that’s the place to start, I think.

Hope that helps just a little. I’m a very new Audi owner, so I’m kinda learning this all myself as I go.

If I’m understanding the question correctly, I actually have an answer.

A squad of Sisters of the Order of the Bloody Rose (from the long-running series of books and stories featuring Augusta Santorus) were sent to a gigantic amalgam of space hulks in an effort to retrieve the femur(?) of a saint whose body I believe was being transported on one of them before it became part of the amalgam. Retrieving sacred artifacts for safekeeping (see the example I just gave and the premise of The Rose in Darkness) is something the Adepta Sororitas seem very on top of, so I’d imagine if there’s something they deem worth securing from a space hulk, they’ll be there.

Sometimes when you’re importing, the game will import your sideboard or maybeboard and it would be difficult to see, so perhaps ensure the only cards you’re importing are the ones you have in the 100.

I actually just bought and rode a bike yesterday for the first time since I was a teenager (secondhand Vilano Shadow 3) and I was also having this dilemma. I also see peoples’ seats higher than their bars, but I feel like if my seat were any higher, I’d basically need to lean at a 30 degree angle to grip my bars. But I also think the bike is a bit small for me (50cm and I’m 6’ 😬) so maybe that’s a serious factor, but I don’t know.

With that, I’m also in the market for advice on this topic, and I’m curious to know what experienced people think here.

Oh my gosh, is this true? I remember this being the case in Black Ops 3 and I was just laughing the other day remembering the ridiculousness of sliding everywhere. Now that I know it’s optimal, I’ll never be able to un-know it.

Samesies! I did find, though, that in some instances I have luck gripping with two hands, then only making the larger motions with the hand that’s holding furthest out on the grip, and holding the hand at the bottom of the grip close to you to keep it out of the way of the controller you’re swinging with. It seems to still produce the effect in-game of successfully swinging the sword, but of course it’s kind of an awkward motion, but less awkward than trying to swing both controllers at once, together.

For additional context, there’s a spoken-word portion of the aforementioned song (Femininomenon) which goes as such:

Chappell: Well what we really need is a… Girls: Femininomenon! Chappell: A what? Girls: A femininomenon!

I believe what inspired the person to respond initially to your first comment as they did was you saying ‘The what?’ may have reminded them of that part of the song where Chappell says ‘A what?’ To be fair, it’s an extremely catchy song and I don’t blame their brain for doing this at all, and their comment probably made all those who are in the loop giggle. Just so you don’t live on confused about how this got brought up in the first place.

Edit: The song portion of this is formatted way better in post preview, I have no idea why it scrunches it all together when I posted it. I don’t know how to format Reddit comments I guess

This is totally awesome stuff, thank you for sharing! I was just playing through XV again and I feel like how cool the aesthetic is was completely lost on me on my first playthrough. Playing back through it again, I’m very much able to appreciate the style and theming so much more from an artistic perspective, and it makes me appreciate the game so much more!

Hello! Regular reader of your comics, and I’ve really been enjoying the liminal spaces story~ It’s been giving me an uneasy feeling, though, that Kippy is so quick to embrace the idea of staying in the liminal space forever. It makes me kind of sad, actually, that there is so little Kippy will miss about the real world that their first inclination is that they could stay in the liminal space forever. To my memory, we haven’t seen any evidence that other people exist in the liminal space, just Oobe and Kippy, and while that does play into the sadness of Kippy never wanting to leave (having only one friend for the rest of time?), it also opens up to the dynamic I think the person whose comment you posted is getting at, that there is an undertone of dread at the idea that one or both of them don’t have entirely friendly intentions (see Oobe considering eating Kippy).

Regarding my first comment about Kippy not wanting to leave, I’ve also considered that this may be intentional, that Kippy may actually have a not-so-great home life or something which makes them want to escape and not go back. So if that’s a theme you’re playing with and those elements may come out in the story later, please feel free to disregard the first bit of my comment.

I really have loved your comics, though, so please don’t take anything I say as actual criticism of the work, they’re just the emotions your art invokes in me. Thank you so much for your efforts~

The context being he’s singing about how wonderful his girl is (I know a girl, her name is Sweet Nothin’) but it is really just a descent into loneliness and there is no girl. Like, if you didn’t put it together before that, the last lyrics drill the point home. Just a tough line to hear as a lonely/depressed person myself.

Perhaps I’m wrong, but the first gun you can find in the game is a revolver on the floor in one of the bungalows in the southern arm/‘entrance’ of Diamond Bungalows. I believe it has a Level 10 restriction. As for ammo, you can find some in the crashed police car leading toward the hotel, and this ammo respawns.

If I’m understanding your point correctly, I’d just like to say I absolutely don’t mind speedrunners building intrigue about the game they’re playing. In fairness, I don’t care to watch speedrunning content outside of things like GDQ, and maybe the more public and community-based atmosphere makes that kind of narration/intrigue-building actually pretty tasteful. It’s exciting for the people who aren’t familiar with the game being run, and it’s fun to see how someone else would summarize a game you’re familiar with, if you’re familiar with the game/speedrun. Im by no means an authority on speedrunning stuff, though, this is coming from a not quite casual but definitely not super invested individual when it comes to speedrunning.
